Grison beef rolls with ricotta and rocket

Ingredients

  • 10 slices Grison beef
  • 150 g creamy ricotta
  • Tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Rocket leaves
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Method

Step 1

Whisk the ricotta with the finely chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper. Leave to chill.

Step 2

Wash the rocket leaves.

Step 3

Place a teaspoon of cheese on each slice of Grison beef, place some rocket on top and roll. Repeat and set aside before serving.
