Organic Italian Cured Ham and Mozzarella Bites

Bouchées apéritives de Jambon sec Italien à la mozzarella


  • 20 thin slices of Italian cured ham
  • 200 g thinly sliced buffalo mozzarella
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper


Step 1

Wash the tomatoes and cut each one into 10 thin slices. Set aside. 

Step 2

Then cut the mozzarella into 20 thin slices. Set aside.

Step 3

Next, roll out a slice of ham on the worktop and place a slice of tomato in the middle, followed by a slice of mozzarella lightly seasoned with pepper and drizzled with a few drops of olive oil, followed by another slice of tomato.

Step 4

Fold up and roll the slice of ham around the filling.

Step 5

Just before serving, warm a non-stick pan over a low heat. Without adding any fat, warm the hors d'oeuvres for 1 to 2 min, turning constantly. Serve hot or warm
